Tomorrow we will be heading out of town to explore England
by foot and train. We will be hiking in
the Cotswolds, the Yorkshire Dales, and the Esk Valley. And we have a week planned with our whole
family in London.
Two years ago we started a long hike through Europe and we
posted as we walked: http://asummeronthegranderandonnee5.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
This trip will be quite a bit different because we will not
be carrying our packs from place to place.
We are having the Sherpa Van do the toting for us. We are also carrying an ipad, so posting
here will be much easier. And everything
is booked on this trip, no scrambling for a hotel when coming into town tired,
dirty, and hungry. This will make for a
much more leisurely and easy trip.
Like the last trip, we expect to be surprised, educated, befriended, and beguiled. But most of all we know that we will enjoy being alone together exploring beautiful landscapes again.
Good Luck and have a GREAT time. Love ya both, Char
ReplyDeleteLuke and Rhonda,
ReplyDeleteThanks for including us. We will be following and learning in preparation for our trip. Hopefully, we will see you when you are back.
Have fun.

Rhonda and Luke - Sounds soooo exciting! I really like the comment from Luke about "being alone together." You youngsters are so cute. Love You, Linda & Louie (now referred to as L&L, but with the first L backward)
